Open at Royal Portrush (Jul 2019)

Three powered wheelchairs were presented to Ireland schoolchildren at this year's Open at Royal Portrush.

Receiving their chairs from Peter and Jackie Alliss were James Little, 13, and Euin Moore, 10, both pupils at Fleming Fulton, Belfast, and Saoirse Ryan-Lunn, 10, a pupil at St John's Primary School, Coleraine.

Also taking part in the presentation (pictured) were Chris Hilton, captain of the R&A, Michael Moss, former secretary/manager of Portstewart Golf Club and Geoff Goldsborough of Perennials RFC.

Our sincere thanks go to all those who have helped to make this happen.

Roger Cooke joins the Committee (Feb 2019)

The PAM Committee recently welcomed Roger Cooke onto the team.

Roger is a long serving supporter of the Peter Alliss Masters crusade and is the leading light at the British Turkey Federation which has raised funds for scores of powered wheelchairs over many years.

Roger is pictured with chairman Hamish MacLeod receiving a 'thank you' award at the 2017 Peter Alliss Masters for his services to the Charity.

Rebecca joins M&S modelling team (Feb 2019)

We are delighted to hear from the Mum of Rebecca Carey that she is one of M&S's young modelling team for 2019.

Rebecca was presented with a powered wheelchair at the 2017 Open at Royal Birkdale by members of Cooden Beach Golf Club.

Our congratulations go out to Rebecca - and her younger sister who is also modelling with M&S - and special thanks to M&S for allowing us to use their photo.

You can see the M&S advert here.
