The tournament will be held on the 25th September at the new venue of Foxhills Golf Club ( KT16 0EL ). This is a high end venue close the Jn 11 on the M25 which will ease travel for those who come from afar.
Participation is possible either as a member of a Team of three sponsoring a complete chair, or as an Individual Part sponsoring a chair or as an Individual Player package. In all cases you will need to complete the form below.
Individual Part Chair Package is a new initiative for the smaller clubs/organisations who wish to be involved and help finance a chair but were unable to raise the full £5,000. These clubs/organisations’ donations will be combined to finance a chair.
Chair package entrants will need to discuss details of their chair presentation with the charity separately.

Cost;
- £5,000 – Full Chair package, team of three with chair sponsorship recognition.
- £1,800 – Part Chair package, an individual with shared chair sponsorship recognition.
- £175 – Player package, individual.
- £60 – Guest for dinner.
